Plagiarism Policy
The Department of Academic Journals at Kabul University maintains a clear and strict policy against academic plagiarism. If the similarity index of a manuscript exceeds 20% (checked via Turnitin), the submission will be immediately rejected, and the author’s name will be recorded in an internal watchlist. If the same author submits another manuscript containing plagiarized content—even under a different title—for a second time, the Editorial Board will terminate all forms of communication with the author. In such cases, the journal will not respond to any emails, phone calls, or written requests from the author, and no future submissions from them will be considered for review or publication under any circumstances.
