خلاصه
یکی از وظایف مهم نهادهای تحصیلی تولید علم از طریق فعالیتهای تحقیقاتی است؛ اما این وظیفه در اکثر نهادهای تحصیلی کشور برآورده نشده است. این تحقیق به هدف دریافت چالشهای فرا راه تحقیقات علمی در پوهنتون کابل انجام یافت. تحقیق متذکره کاربردی– توصیفی بود، طوریکه ارقام مورد نیاز با استفاده از یک پرسشنامه از 80 عضو کادر علمی پوهنتون کابل جمعآوری شد. تمام ارقام با استفاده از برنامه SPSS مورد تحلیل و احصائیه توصیفی مقیاسات و ضریب همبستگی میان آنها محاسبه گردید. موانع و چالشهای مالی، خانوادگی و شخصی، وسایل و امکانات، قانونی و اداری به ترتیب بهحیث موانع عمده پنداشته شدند و میان تمام این مؤلفهها یک همبستگی قوی تا متوسط وجود داشت (p<0.05). برای رفع این چالشها پیشنهاد میشود تا پوهنتون کابل بهحیث پوهنتون تحقیقی تغییر نماید، مصارف تحقیقات علمی شامل بودجه ملی شود و برای محققین امتیازات مادی و معنوی ویژه در نظر گرفته شود.
