Abstract

Today, information technology is widely used in teaching and learning, and this type of learning is called e-Learning. The focus of e-Learning is on student learning and education. Therefore, e-Learning provides new approaches for both teachers and students. If e-Learning is implemented properly, it can lead to positive changes and improvements in the quality of higher education. For this study, we used qualitative research to define the e-learning ecosystem based on the situations and environment of our universities. The results of this study show that for the successful implementation of e-Learning, we need to consider and focus on all components of e-Learning. The support and interrelation of different components are essential for the sustainability of e-Learning.
